I started Bolita on one idea: fresh masa and Mexican heirloom maíz should be for everyone. The Salsa Club brings our small-batch salsa to your kitchen table.
Every box has our crowd-favorite Salsa Serrano, plus a seasonal salsa.
We want to bring you inventive salsas, made with unusual chiles and different cooking methods. But these can only happen when we know there's a steady community waiting for them. That's what the Club is for.

Step 1: Choose a size
Each jar is 8 oz. You'll receive information on ingredients, shelf life, and how we recommend enjoying each salsa.

Pickup days are Thursdays 9 am–4 pm or Fridays 9 am–7 pm.

Can you tell me more about the best-selling Salsa Serrano?
Our go-to salsa verde. This is included in every subscription!
Bright, creamy, with just the right amount of spice. We fry serrano, jalapeños, onion, garlic, and tomatillo until tender, then everything gets emulsified into a beautiful, creamy salsa. Lots of cilantro for a bright pop!

What about the seasonal salsas?
Each seasonal salsa is different. We'll include information on storage and shelf life when you receive each jar.
What if I miss my pickup day?
If you miss pickup, you can come by Café Bolita during business hours on Saturday or Sunday as well. We can get busy during the weekends so there may be a bit of a wait on those days. Since salsa is perishable, we recommend picking it up the week that it is available.
What if I need to skip a week or cancel?
No problem! Log in to your Member Portal to skip or cancel. Please do so before noon on Monday to opt out of that week's pickup.
How do I change my add-ons?
The add-ons you choose when you sign up will keep renewing. You can visit your Member Portal to change your selections. Make sure to update before the order cutoff at noon on Monday.
